Get yourself some fresh king prawns, a red chilli and potato

using a sharp knife chop your noodles into rice sized pieces

once you're satisfied, add to your pan

cook the noodles for approx. 2 minutes

slice your prawns and add to another pan

chop your potatoes into small cubes

cook both the prawns and potato for 5 minutes, then add the green curry sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes

turn up the heat and cook the rice on high for 2 mins
