    Put barenaked rice into saucepan on low heat.

    Add cream cheese and stir.

    Add peas and cook for 3-4 mins.

    Season with salt and black pepper.

    Transfer to plates and add smoked salmon on top.

  6. step 6

    Add Garnish with squeezed lemon and parsley if you wish.
