Get your pan nice and hot with a touch of olive oil. Then kick start the noodles with some chilli and beef. Makes a great post-gym filling meal!
This dish is really amazing, the flavours from the fresh seafood get soaked up by the noodles. It is a fabulous treat! The seafood is better shelled as it brings out more flavour, but it's your choice.
